Bug Description

From Mitaka version, Tacker supports TOSCA based VNFD templates. Legacy templates are deprecated in newton. Needs to remove in Ocata.

Yes. Missed it because of the "Closes-Bug" and "Depends-on" header in the commit message. Was expecting for "Partial-Bug" header.
