Bug Description

I am monitoring the state of the VNF using tacker vnf-event-list command. The resource_state remains in PENDING_DELETE even after deleting the VNF.

Steps followed:

1. Installed stable mitaka with tacker plugin.
2. Using dashboard, create a VNF and monitor its state via executing "tacker vnf-event-list" command.
3. States are correctly shown in the above CLI.
4. Try deleting the VNF via Horizon.

Though the VNF is deleted, the resource_state still remains as PENDING_DELETE.

Attaching the screen shot.
