Bug Description
The vnf instances status shows active in VNF Manager,Even After I delete the respective VDU manually under admin instances.
Steps to reproduce
step1 : create a VNF instance (In horizon NFV ---> VNF Manager ---> Deploy VNF )
step2 : Once the VNF deployed successfully, you will see its status as "ACTIVE"
step3 : Delete the VDU instance (In horzion admin---Instance-- Delete VDU instance specific to the VNF you have create).
Post deletion, check the VNF Manager page, The VNF status shows active.
