Bug Description
Until now, Tacker monitoring drivers can check network(ping) and
application(using HTTP URL) about a VM.
Moreover, When VNF is rebooted by Ping monitoring result, tacker
re-make same whole VNF(VM). It is not efficient.
Therefore, we should check VNFC status monitoring for HA.
As a first step, I made a port monitoring driver in the Tacker environment. It is a one of the monitoring driver.
Using these monitoring driver, we can auto healing function at the VNFC level.
This is my suggestion and you can see the code in the below link.
