Automatic Glance image creation based on VNFD image url

Request for Enhancement:

Tacker currently supports describing the VM images for its VDU(s) using glance image name (or uuid). Some operators maintain a file server for VM images and would prefer Tacker to automatically load the images from the filer to the glance image repository.

Template Enhancement:

Tacker VNFD template should be enhancement based to accept image url instead of just glance image name / id.
