Bug Description
Intermediate reports generated by --report-interval in the fileio test should provide percentile stats similar to the OLTP test, e.g.:
[ 1s] threads: 1, tps: 42.95, reads/s: 601.35, writes/s: 214.77 response time: 28.96ms (95%)
[ 2s] threads: 1, tps: 49.52, reads/s: 693.28, writes/s: 247.60 response time: 26.11ms (95%)
