Bug Description
The Sync Algorithm is the part of Syncany that looks at the changes that other clients made, resolves conflicts, and applies the changes on the local file system. This algorithm needs to be rewritten for the first stable release, so that it is reliable for all possible cases.
This involves rewriting most of the classes in org.syncany.
