Complete removal of package, only partial removal of dependencies

Bug Description
When I check a package for complete removal and it has some dependencies (which will become obsolete after the package removal), the dependencies will be marked for only partial removal, not complete. It is quite annoying, because then I have to find its dependencies and change each of them from "partial removal" to "complete removal".
When marking a package for complete removal, please mark its dependencies for complete removal too.
