Quick search should be focused when starting Synaptic

When Synaptic is started up, the quick search input should be in focus. This would increase usability since the first thing after starting Synaptic is either a search or something else which is done by the mouse or keyboard shortcut.
The search input not being in focus makes it no more useful than the search button which opens the search dialog. In either case the user must use the mouse to make a click in order to be able to type in the search term.
