Dictionary not default search when typing non-command, non-file word

Bug Description
After an update of synapse, typing a word which is neither a file association, nor a command does not invoke the dictionary as it used to, but does a search on the web. Was this a feature change, or is this a bug?

We need to refine actions on unknown matches perhaps remembering what the user does most often.
I hope you're aware that you can still tab and choose a different action.
