Bug Description
Using Linux Mint 17 Cinnamon on a Dell M3800 workstation in HiDPI mode, the synapse preferences page cannot be properly read, as the Shortcuts section is too small. The window is not resizeable. Resizing the window would be the normal way to deal with this problem, which is common in applications when using HiDPI screens.

I'm using Linux Mint 17.3 on a Dell XPS 15 9550 with HiDPI, I see the same screenshot (with 0.2.10), I cannot resize the window so I can't configure the key bindings.
