Bug Description
Considering that the team is steadfast on keeping a volume option out of audience or noise, the ability to raise the volume meter past 100% or to amplify it (like input and output options) should be available.
Movies and music volumes fluxiate greatly and sometimes 100% isn't loud enough on certain speakers or headphones. The current solution when using multiple applications is to raise the output volume and lower the volume of all the other applications besides the one you want to amplify. It would be easier and simpler to to allow per application amplification.
