Hi. In network i see my 3g modem but i can't add new connection for this device

Retargeting to our new network plug to make sure we're tracking the need for the feature, but keep in mind that this is *NOT* the same UI so this issue will not directly apply

I'm marking this as duplicate for bug #1609632 since the UI referenced in the report no longer exists and we need to add support for mobile broadband devices in the new UI.
