German localization: Minimize, Maximize

Bug Description
In German, the shortcuts Minimize and Maximize are translated as Verkleinern and Vergrößern. That is not consistent with the context menu which is appearing when right-clicking on the window bar. There it reads Minimieren and Maximieren, so it should within the Keyboard plug.
Furthermore, I would translate Vergrößerung umschalten as Zwischen »maximiert« und »minimiert« umschalten
(I know I could make translation suggestions directly within the launchpad.

Okey so its Minimieren and Maximieren now. I would not use maximiert as it is that way after you click in it. You should assign such bug always to our Team so we notice it :)
