Replaced default shortcuts don't work

Bug Description
I replaced the volume up and down shortcuts with ("WIN" + "+ / -") and afer some time, the shortcuts didn't work. The shortcuts were overrided with the zoom features, but the shortcuts were displayed in the keyboard plug, like i assigned them. After i inserted the shortcuts again, the volume changing worked again...
