Bug Description
Testing Loki Beta 2 (with all updates).
I started from a installation on a thumb drive on my MacBook Pro End 2012 (Retina). 2 displays are connected, HDMI and Thunderbolt-
The MacBooks High-DPI (Retina) Display looks good, but the image on the 2 displays (1920x1080) is too big. (see IMG_20160727_
After login i tried to set the resolution from the MacBook display also to 1920x1080 and arrange the displays different, but nothing happens. (see IMG_20160727_
I bootet again and now i can set the resolution and arrange displays. With all displays set to same resolution i could work with that setup.
But after rebooting again the image on the macbook is smaller as before. (see IMG_20160727_
And again after playing around with the settings i ended up with no image on the MacBook Pro after booting, also the login prompt didn't appear and it seams to hang. (see IMG_20160727_
A Dell Laptop i tested has also a bigger image on the external display. (see IMG_20160727_
This settings should applay more smoothly, the should be remembered after rebooting, when i put the displays on again the arrangement should be remembered. I should be able to work with such a setup like with OS X.

Behavior -
pressing the apply button after setting up display nr2 with resolution and rotation dos nothing almost all the time.
Seams to be especially bad with the rotation option
