Bug Description

Few containers are created during this execution of swift-dispersion-report command. Containers which were created during command processing are present after the completetion of command processing.
As here 2621 containers are already present which is unnecessarily occupying the space , even when the command processing has completed.
Accordingly these containers should have been deleted after generating the report.
