Bug Description
<doko> my next wish: I want to check if a report exists with tags 'ftbfs' 'natty', and if not, file it with tags 'ftbfs' 'gcc-4.6'
Today the script checks for any existing bug with a specific set of tags and avoids filing a new bug if that is found. If not found, the tags used in the check are set on the new bug. This change is about supporting checking for one set of tags and filing with another set.
