Cannot have Seperate Launcher and intellislim enabled together

Bug Description
I while playing around with the settings, I noticed that the seperate launcher option doesn't work when using the intellislim hiding option. Whenever both are enabled, it seems that intellislim ignores the seperate launcher option. I have tried turning off other settings to make sure it isn't something else that is conflicting with it and causing this.
