Bug Description
Track leads and uds-organizers should have a quick way to add a session without relying on people to make a blueprint and have that imported, perhaps a "Add a session" button in the edit sidebar that takes them to a form:
Name:
Track:
Required People: (optional)
Hours Needed: #
This will then create a colored block in the sidebar and then the person can just drag it onto an empty slot. This way we can make adhoc meetings and mini summits without going into the admin interface.

This will depend on creating permissions levels as we want to take permissions away from just giving everyone admin access.
