Bug Description
it has been brought to our attention that when logging in people are seeing a warning about 'insecure content' being submitted.
The reason for this seems to be that these sites are configured with a trust root starting with http:// (thus the final part of the openid dance consists of a post from and https site to an http site, which triggers the warning).
summit.ubuntu.com is http only, so we would need for that site to be made available over https and configured so that the openid trust root is the https version of the site
