Would be nice if there was a way to not mark the drafter/approver as required

The situation is that Arwen and I create a lot of meetings that we aren't going to be attending, however because Summit shows us as the drafter, we are marked as attending. This can cause issues with the autoscheduler later on. It would be nice if there was a way for managers/track leads/schedulers/admins to have a button when creating a meeting to say that I am NOT attending this meeting.

Use cases could be private meetings and hack sessions.
