Bug Description

We need autoinstall.yaml to have an flag to preserve ESP for OEM manufacturing process, since they may put EFI binaries in ESP to run tests after installation.

ubuntu-save was intenteded to be preserved. Are they able to use ubuntu-save for that? my guess they cannot modify their factory process. I wonder if we can say something like "ubuntu-safe: use-instead: ubuntu-seed"? aka esp?

I don't think that's relevant here, this is all for the replacement of the old process.
