clarify (*) radio buttons vs [X] checkboxes

Bug Description
On the snap screen, where one can select more than one snap (*) radio buttons are used, instead of [X] checkboxes.
Whilst the channel selection within a snap uses (*) radio buttons, as only one channel can be selected.
If feels to me that main snap screen should be using [X] checkboxes?
Or what is our design language of how radio buttons looks like (select only one of many) vs checkbox list (select any amount of many).
