Bug Description

I was setting up my rpi2 (with latest released image) and my internet connection was having hiccups. While running all the steps with console-conf, i entered my email address, hit enter, and the rpi2 tried to connect and download ssh keys.

The internet connection broke and the rpi2 couldn't download keys, and there was no obvious way to make it retry. Eventually going back to the email field and hitting enter again made it retry, but maybe we could add a retry button, or a legend to make users hit enter again?

This happened to me twice testing on pi3. Once you've got a connection issue after pressing enter to add your email, there is no way to retry and what you get is a black screen. I had to reflash the sdcard to run console-conf properly again.
