Helllo,
I'm unable to download subtitles since yesterday I believe. I get the error "Unable to download subtitle [name].srt" after a successful search for subtitles and when I select "download".
I've tried:
- reinstalling
- waiting a day
- rebooting
- downloading subtitles from different movies in different languages
- changing language of the program
All don't work.
I have a registered Windows version of subdownloader 2.0.13. My OS is Windows 7 (64 bit). Internet connection is fine. |
