Bug Description
The client should store a state indicating whether it has successfully reported an installation.
This state should be reset every time the user changes her email address, so as to validate the address.
When the local state indicates that the server doesn't know the app is installed, the app should contact the server to register itself, and then update its state accordingly.
The app should make the upload button insensitive until it's registered.
