Ocular : Fading color and brightness with magnification

Bug Description

Wishlist : In order to render the images correctly, one should be able to activate what the real observer is seeing in its telescope with naked eyes. The colours are fading away when light intensity is decreasing, and light intensity of surface objects is decreasing when the magnification increases.

This actually is not just an ocular thing, could be implemented - as option! - also for regular zooming. However, decreasing color intensity requires some non-trivial shader in the right place. (At least RGB->HSV, desaturate, HSV->RGB; or even taking scotopic vision into account) And: Usually telescopic observers switch to night mode (red-only)... :-)
