Inaccurate cursor position in High DPI display

Bug Description

Stellarium recent builds
Windows 10
High DPI system

The issue happens in window mode only. Full screen mode is fine.

The upper part of Stellarium display is hidden and cursor clicks are inaccurate.

The issue happens even if the resolution is reduced to 1920 X1080

I have that same problem in my high resolution Dell (but not in my high resolution Mac).

@doctor-pat, did you try version 0.18.2 on both systems? Or which versions? Guillaume apparently fixed a lot of those problems for Macs over the last year, but Mac and Windows behave very differently. In addition, screen settings like magnification factors may interfere. Only a developer with HiDPI device can go deeply enough into matters to fix that.
