Bug Description
0.12.0 beta location window:
For latitude and longitude, When the degree value field is selected or the cursor is placed in front of it, using the up/down control will change the seconds value.
Same issue with the minutes field and the cardinal points.
0.11.4 has the same issue but not 0.11.3.
