low downloading speed

Bug Description
Hi, when I start download a movie via SteadyFlow - the maximum speed is 85-90kb/s.When I am downloading the same movie from the same server via MultiGet I have a speed of 775kb/s.
Why can't I get the same speed with SteadyFlow?

Perhaps because multiget supports multiple download streams per file and steadyflow doesn't?
