KDE: File open is inconsistent with DE settings

Bug Description
In KDE, the "open file" function often does not open the file at all, or opens it in the wrong program.
Both this and the "open folder" function can be fixed by making Steadyflow use xdg-open, falling back to gtk_show_uri if xdg-open cannot be launched.
