Bug Description
Background :
A patch set was created on 1st Jan 2016 ( example )
The patch set underwent reviews.
The patch was merged finally on 1st September 2016 (example )
Expected Result :
The patch was merged in MASTER on September 2016, therefore it should be counted in the curent release
Actual Result:
The patch commit count was incremented for previous release , because its initial commit date was 1st Jan which was for previous release.
