Bug Description
It would be cleaner to have a SrHand class containing the generic info (motor mapping, vector/map of actuators, etc...). Should probably inherit from a SrGenericRobot in case we want to add other etherCAT hardware in the future.

The class should contain the mapping from sensors to joints and vice versa.
