Bug Description
This project is supposed to be 'top down' driven. The Vision statement should be job one, driving all the other efforts. Without it, we're rudderless. While it's registered in Launchpad, it needs to be completed (at least a solid draft) and published online so it can be linked to.
The end user can't tell where we're going, until we tell them.
