Bug Description
We need to provide instructions to install Solum on multi-node OpenStack setup.
We received this request from svetmy on the IRC channel (on Friday October 17, 2014).

1:53 thanks guys, i'll check back in a month to see how things progress. If you could point me to instructions on how to setup it with regular OpenStack deployment (without devstack), I'd appreciate it
