Bug Description
Current solum documentation is in openstack public wiki pages and as we are in active development phase, docs needs to be constantly updated to enable new developers/users to test the features provided in solum.
Although wiki pages can be updated by anyone but it is not tied to the source code and second pair of eyes is missing to ensure accuracy of the published information.
Moving docs to RST format will:
- Guarantee/improves accuracy of the information as RST files will pass through gerrit workflow.
- Enable developer to submit docs along with the code for any new/existing functionality.
