add-apt-repository should have option to set comment

Bug Description
When using add-apt-repository, new entries are generated in /etc/apt/
My proposition is to add a command line option to add-apt-repository to set this comment during the original command line invocation.
$ apt-cache policy python-
python-
Installiert: 0.80.9
