Bug Description
For bugs like #956530 were certain games will not work with certain video drivers (like intel) we want to have
a driver-blacklist opengl tag. This will be supported with the next software-center upload and it would be great
if the server would support this as well. Note that serveral values can be possible and the list of possible drivers
that are detected for blacklisting currently is: amd,intel,
