Bug Description

A while back I uploaded a test snap to the store (for security testing).

I don't need it anymore, I unpublished it from the store but can't find a way to completely remove it from it.

I'm sure I can ask the store team directly to remove it from me, but it seems like something a normal user would be able to do.

In the store, when you open the snap page there is a garbage can button next to the edit name link.

That button doesn't appear to be there for me...

See screenshot of the snap overview page. The edit name link is there as you mention, but there is no link for me to delete the snap anywhere there.

crazy. I see it for some snaps like snapweb-deployer, but not for others like vault-elopio.

The trash icon is only available if the snap has no downloads. As soon as it does, you need to request removal from someone on the store team.

Hmm, ok. What's the reason for that? and is that something you intend to change in the future?

I expect a bunch of folks will be uploading hello-world kind of snaps to the store to try the whole process, then install it on one of their systems (causing a download) and then want to kill that snap.

You probably don't want all of those folks to reach out to you.

Anyway, can you kill my hello-world.stgraber snap please? :)

I don't disagree, but I'm afraid I'm not "someone on the store team" :) . I suggest you talk to ev or nessita.
