Bug Description

ca_pkgme_service_bot is the robot of the future for click package reviewing. It is significantly faster than Alan Pope ever could hope to be, thus he needs to have a proper name to reflect his speed. Fittingly Alan has named him after Usain Bolt. The name should be reflected properly on the site.

I /think/ that there is a LP user that the bot authenticates at. I therefore think that finding that user, changing the display name, then having webops log in to SCA with its credentials to pull the updated info from SSO would change the name.
