can't move subscriptions between accounts

Situations come up where users need to move their app store subscriptions to a different account. For example, if they need to merge or rename an account, if they redeemed a coupon on the wrong account (which is easy to do), if they made a mistake during purchase, etc. But the only way we have to do this at the moment is to get a senior SCA developer to do some database surgery.

I'm not sure if the customers need this feature directly, but it would be very nice if at least the support team could do it. So, could we get either a new function in SCA to re-assign subscriptions and coupons, or instructions on how to do it via the nexus admin tool?
