Bug Description
It would be great to allow banners to specify an external URL such that, when the user clicks on the banner, a browser is popped up instead of redirecting the user to a list of packages.
This would have been great for the recent HIB work for instance, where it would have been much better to be able to redirect the user to the HIB site, instead of the list of packages for the bundle.
