Alternate names not searchable in USC

Bug Description:
On staging Currently is test app 1, it has the alternate names test, testing, tester and moo. The app doesn't appear for testing, tester or moo.

Steps To Reproduce:
1. set BUY_HOST to staging
2. open USC
3. search for moo, testing, tester

Expected Result:
I expect Test App 1 to be displayed as those are alternate words for Test App 1
