Bug Description

Hi,

We got a request on charmhub.io to allow searches by publisher:

https://github.com/canonical-web-and-design/charmhub.io/issues/1243

This is something we would like to support on Charmhub.

Related to this issue in the Snapcraft.io API is possible to do these searches but we need to know the publisher ID like `publisher:3A28zEonXNoBLvIB7xneRbltOsp0Nf7DwS` for JetBrains, but we would like to request being able to do it just by publisher name, like: `publisher:jetbrains`
