Bug Description
To make it easier to review and identify changes made to package declarations, the emails which are sent by the snap store on updates to package declarations should include a diff of the change as well as the new declaration as is currently done.

One thing though is that these should be run through some formatting/sorting before diffing, otherwise the diff for a json one-liner monstrosity with keys in a non-standard order is going to be useless.
