Snap Store and Dashboard should indicate which snap packages has known security issues

Currently, Snapcraft will mail packages about missing security packages shipped in the snaps(with the subject "_snap_name_ contains outdated Ubuntu packages". I believe this info should be exposed in the dashboard interface so that the packager can easily know which snap has not been dealt with, and more importantly in the store page if the packager didn't rebuild the package in a short term of time.
