Bug Description
Hitting the names endpoint daily means there's a big window between a snap being live (or no longer being there) and tab completion (and command-not-found, when that gets done) knowing about it. This leave a fairly big window during which things aren't in sync, which has confused users who expect it to work (see www.omgubuntu.
It would be nice if we could refresh more often, to reduce that window.
