Bug Description
NetworkManager snap 1.2.2-5 logs an error message to syslog when its ifupdown plugin attempts to read the directory /etc/network/
The network_manager interface needs to be modified to allow this directory to be accessed.
This isn't super high-priority as core has moved to using networkd vs. ifupdown, however as this causes an error to be logged, we should fix it.
