Bug Description
snappy-debug is currently unable for installation on riscv64 due to the lack of the "core" snap:
$ snap install snappy-debug
error: cannot perform the following tasks:
- Ensure prerequisites for "snappy-debug" are available (cannot install snap base "core": no snap revision available as specified)
$ cat /etc/os-release
